Accessible Formats And Communication Aids

Upon request and whenever possible, St-Hubert will provide its customers with information in an accessible format and with communication aids in a timely manner depending on the customers’ accessibility needs.

St-Hubert will confer with customers making such a request to determine which accessible format or communication aid is most appropriate for them.

Website And Content Accessibility

St-Hubert aims to improve everyone’s access to web content and services, particularly for people with disabilities and seniors with reduced mobility. It is a way to ensure that people can independently perceive, understand, navigate, interact with, and contribute to the web.

To this end, St-Hubert will ensure that its websites and online content comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to the furthest extent possible.

Assistive Devices

Assistive devices are used by people with disabilities to help them complete their daily tasks independently. Travel and mobility aids (e.g. wheelchairs, walkers), portable communication devices, hearing aids, among many others, are considered assistive devices.

We at St-Hubert encourages our customers to use these devices to access our products and services. We will ensure that our employees accommodate anyone using any assistive devices and accessories and are able to provide alternate service methods whenever possible.

Information and Communication Standards

In general, when someone with a disability arrives at a St-Hubert rotisserie, employees will communicate with that person with empathy and respect to ensure the best experience possible. We strive to connect with people with disabilities in ways that are considerate of their disabilities so that we can interact and communicate effectively with our diverse community and people with any type of disability.
